How do folks. I know I've been away for ages, but I found myself with commitments on other websites, so, sorry 'bout that. I don't think I'll be posting here regularly for the forseeable future- either pictures or journal entries- but panic not, I have no intention of deleting my account and all the cool stuff contained herein. I'll try to check in from time to time, though, so if anyone wants to talk to me, just comment on my journal or homepage thing and I'll get in touch- it's not worth waiting for me to be active on the site again because that might take a while. Anyhow, for my FA following, I've uploaded another picture of a frankly mass

WARNING: PORTAL 2 REVIEW CONTAIN MASSIVE SPOILERS AND PLENTY OF 'EM! I'm in love, I'm in love, I'm in love, and oh she's such a tease! In the last twenty-four hours, I've had my intelligence and figure belittled, turned a homicidal super-computer into a potato, used blue toxic paint as a trampoline, infiltrated the most ancient parts of a mysterious scientific facility, teamed up with and rekindled my friendship with the super-potato, defeated a different homicidal supercomputer- this one with a severe case of utterly gobsmacking stupidy- been flirted with by a disembodied data core and nearly fallen off the surface of the moon. All for her-

I've only just gotten around to playing 'Portal', probably one of the most ingenious and deliciously twisted games ever made. You have my permission to punch me in the face. That I haven't played and reviewed this game before is clearly a failure on my part. What I'm saying is this: it's quite a good game. If, for some mad reason, you're unaware of 'Portal', allow me to bring you up to date with the concept: It takes place in the same hypothetical universe as the critically acclaimed 'Half-Life' games, but that's not really relevant. It stands on it's own, which is more than can be said for me some mornings.  Basically, it runs something lik

How do womb-mate? Back on Dev and as a pecursor to my trimphant return to the blogisphere I've been reading through your journal entries and cackling myself silly. I love your 'shoes are perverts' opener. very funny.
Heey There .. wish to you all the best and the [LUCK]
anyway this is balqees new here .
Can i ask for your help ? .. i just jump from profile to another and have no idea about using this site
and i saw amazing things .. but i cannot do anything just like a foolish ^^' ..
PLEASE
Ahoy, there. Sorry for the late reply. To get to the point, you asked for my help. So here's my brief guid to using DevART.

Navigating the Site.
Jumping from profile to profile's easy enough, like you suggested. Alternatively, though, if you look to the top left hand corner of your screen at any point, you'll see a search box. Just type in the kind of thing you're looking for and hit the enter button. DevART should come up with a list of things that might interest you, then it's just a matter of clicking on an image that catches your eye to view it, or clicking on the artist's name to jump to their profile.

Submitting Your Own Work.
Sooner or later, you're going to want to throw something of your own into the public eye. First of all, you'll need a copy of it saved somewhere on your computer- I'd recommend in JPEG format. Now, on your homepage, near the top, there should be a 'SUBMIT' button. It's kind of small, so you may have to take a look around for it. Clicking on it brings up a sub-menu. From this, select 'SUBMIT ART', and this will take you to a page for doing just that.

You'll need to type a title for your art into the first box on this page. Then you need to decidce what category the art you intend to submit falls into. You don't type this in manually: instead, clicking the little box for it brings up a menu, which allows you to select a broad category, and then submenus that let you deal with the specifics. When you're done there, there's a button that says 'finished' or 'done' or something like that. Click it, and the menu will close. Now we come to the main bit: art submission. Clicking the 'SUBMIT ART' button below this box will bring up a winbdow in which to browse all the files on your computer- one of which should be the art-piece you want to submit. Click it to highlight it, then click 'open' or press 'enter', or just double-click it to begin with- depending on personal preferences and your computer. Then there's a box to type artist's comments- you can probably do this in the time it takes for the computer to upload your art anway. After that, you can choose to warn people of mature content or not, and, if you do so, select what type of mature content from a submenu. The rest is optional, so you can just click the final 'SUBMIT' button. You'll then be taken to a page offering to do prints of your artwork. You can either skip it or try ticking various little boxes to see what size print DevART will let you do. Again, there's a button to 'SUBMIT PRINT' when you're done- bearing in mind you'll be told to start over if the 'prints' are an odd size.

OTHER STUFF
You can add a piece of work that you like to your 'Favourites' collection (accessible via your home page) by clicking-and-holding the small image of it that appears when you're browsing the artworks and dragging it into a box that appears at the top of the screen.

There are also various groups to join that'll help promote your artwork. If you stumble across a Deviant who's a member of a group you might be interested in joing, leave them a note on their home-page and they'll probably be happy to talk you through the entry process.

Sorry if all that was a little too detailed or only dealt with the really basic stuff- I'm not sure what level of help you needed, but hopefully the introduction I've provided will be of some use. Good luck.
